National Rail and Transport for London do not allow bikes on trains on the day of the London to Brighton Bike Ride – Sunday 15th June 2025

Travel service:
BHF offer a travel service from Ardingly to the start line in London. This ticket is valid before the ride – (4:30am – 6:30am). You will travel by coach and your bike will be transported by trailer. You can bring one small bag on the coach with you.
The service will run from Ardingly and drop you near the start line at Clapham Common, London.
Please note there is free parking available at Ardingly all day.
This ticket covers one seat on the coach and one bike in the trailer. There are no specific departure times, and the buses will leave when they are full. Tickets are sold on a first come first served basis.

Baggage transfer service:
You will be able to drop one bag off at the start line in London. We’ll transport your bag to the finish line whilst you take part in the ride. Please note you will not be able to collect your bag without a corresponding tag. You must allow 4 hours to collect your bag from the time you drop it off. Bag transfer times and full instructions will be shared once start waves are issued in May.

*you will not receive a physical ticket; we will send you a confirmation email to be used as your ticket.
*If you are purchasing multiple tickets all participants must travel with the ticket holder.
*In line with BHF’s sustainability aims, we have removed all bubble wrap from our coach and trailer transport services. Please note that the BHF does not admit any liability for damage caused to transported bikes.
