Pay online for your House Clearance service
Once you have agreed a quote with us, you can pay online for your house clearance service.
Please use the details from your email to complete the below form.

Get help paying online
Follow these steps to pay for your house clearance online:
Step 1: Use the drop down to select the store that is completing your clearance.
Step 2: Add your customer reference number from your email.
Step 3: Add your clearance postcode.
Step 4: Add in the quote amount from your email.
Step 5: Click add to basket.
Step 6: A pop up will appear. Click Checkout.
Step 7: Check that the total amount shown is the same as the quote you have received. You can update the amount if not.
Step 8: Click Checkout and follow the payment instructions.
Step 9: Once you have successfully paid, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Step 10: The store manager will contact you once payment has been confirmed.

Delivery Information
Our standard delivery charge is £3.99, with orders over £40 (including donations) receiving FREE delivery.
We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receipt, using either Evri, Parcelforce (for orders over £50) or Fedex (for Defibrillator items) for delivery within 3-5 working days. If after 10-working days your order has not been delivered please contact us.
Please note: We currently only deliver to UK address'. Channel island orders will be automatically refunded within 10-working days.
Returns Information
We hope you are completely happy with your purchase, but if not you may return some or all of the products in your order for replacement or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. You can find details our full returns policy here.
