To provide you with the best service possible and to make the manufacturers aware of any potential faults with their devices we recommend following the support process below before requesting a refund or replacement.

Blood pressure monitors
If your blood pressure monitor is not working as expected, please first refer to your manual for error codes and support on accurate measurement. We have included digital copies of user manuals on our https://giftshop.bhf.org.uk/health-fitness/health-monitoring/blood-pressure-monitors where available.
The British Heart Foundation website also contains support on how to accurately measure your blood pressure.
You may find that your blood pressure monitor cuff in not the right size for your arm. We sell a range of cuffs compatible with our stocked blood pressure monitors. We can also accept a return due to incorrect fit if the device is in a resalable condition.
Important: National guidelines recommend completing 2 consecutive measurements at least 1 minute apart, if there is a significant variance between the two readings then a 3rd test should be completed. Your average blood pressure reading is calculated from the two closest readings.
Some devices will calculate the average for you and some will even automatically conduct consecutive tests, please refer to the product information for more information.

ECG monitors

A list of compatible mobile devices is available on the product page when buying an ECG monitor. We can accept a return due to incompatibility if the device is in a resalable condition.
Important: KardiaMobile does not check for heart attack. KardiaMobile is not intended for use in children and must not be used in adults with cardiac pacemakers, implantable cardioverter-defibrillators or other implanted electronic devices.
