About the BP A3 Plus Blood Pressure Monitor
The BP A3 blood pressure monitor provides a reliable and easy to use means of monitoring blood pressure at home. It displays systolic and diastolic pressure and pulse rate, and uses a traffic light indicator to show whether blood pressure is ok, should be monitored, or is high and requires checking with your GP. The device can record the readings for two people, shows an alert if it detects heart arrhythmia. With batteries and a cuff to fit most adults, the BP A3 Plus is a good choice for anyone wanting to monitor their blood pressure regularly at home.

Why should you monitor your blood pressure?
High blood pressure contributes to around half of all heart attacks and strokes in the UK. And there are as many as 5 million people in the UK living with undiagnosed high blood pressure, not knowing they are at risk of heart and circulatory diseases like heart attack or stroke. The only way to know whether you have high blood pressure is to measure it. Everyone should know their blood pressure to help identify and prevent heart and circulatory diseases like heart attack, stroke, kidney failure, problems with your sight and vascular dementia.
