Description
About the UB-543 blood pressure monitor
The UB-543 is clinically validated to the world recognized European Hypertension Society (ESH) guidelines so the user can have complete confidence in their readings.
The A&D UB-543 also benefits from the dual user mode, allowing the recording of up to 60 recordings for two users. It also incorporates the average value feature of the stored data, as well as the WHO Blood pressure classification indicator to allow the users to better control their management programs.
The UB-543 offers "Correct Position Guidance". Once the user has settled upon their body position for blood pressure measurement, the UB-543 will detect the user's wrist position and guide the user to an appropriate level with blue and orange signals.
It also boasts A&D’s unique technology for Irregular Heartbeat (IHB) and Afib screening/Circadian Rhythm analysis technology, pioneered by A&D in 2001 and now found on most of our range of blood pressure monitors.

Why should you monitor your blood pressure?
High blood pressure contributes to around half of all heart attacks and strokes in the UK. And there as many as 5 million people in the UK are living with undiagnosed high blood pressure, without knowing they are at risk. The only way to know whether you have high blood pressure is to measure it. Everyone should know their blood pressure to help identify underlying heart and cardiovascular conditions.
