Whether or not you have a heart condition or high blood pressure, it is very important to increase your physical activity gradually and exercise at a pace that feels comfortable to you. Each time you start exercising, begin slowly and build up gradually to the main pace. This is important for safety. Also, when you come to the end of your exercise, take time to slow down, and make sure you don’t stop suddenly.
