We’ve got lots of exercise equipment and active accessories to keep your heart healthy and to help you achieve your recommended 30 minutes of physical activity a day. The best type of activity for your lungs, heart and circulation is aerobic activity - for example walking, weight training or cycling.

Physical activity should get your heart and lungs working harder – you know you’re doing something right if you can feel a rise in your pulse, a quickening in your breathing and you feel warmer. Moderate intensity is recommended.
